HAS NO POWER STEERING. FROM THERE ITS BASICALLY ORIGINAL FROM TEXAS BUT THEY DID CHANGE BRAKES TO DUAL RESERVOIR MASTER CYLINDER AND THEY WORK GREAT. THE NAPCO 4X4 PARTS AND LOCKOUTS WORK. IT APPEARS THIS WAS A FACTORY BUILT NAPCO 4X4 BY THE RIVETS ON THAT... HOLD IN THE CROSS BAR FOR TRANSFER CASE, ACCORDING TO INTERNET. THIS IS A GREAT LOOKING, RUNNING AND DRIVING TRUCK. THE FRAME WAS ALL PAINTED A RASPBERRY COLOR AND ENGINE BAY. THE REST OF TRUCK IS A PLUM OR BURGUNDY BASE CLEAR. THE PAINTER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. ITS LIKE 12 YEAR OLD PAINT AND ITS GORGEOUS MINUS A FEW NICKS THAT ARE TOUCHED UP AND A COUPLE SMALL SCRATCHES. THE INTERIOR LOOKS NICE OTHER THAN THE CARPET HAS TURNED COLOR AND A STAIN. THERE IS A TARE IN VINYL ON THE DRIVER DOOR FROM CLOSING. NICE STEERING WHEEL TO GRIP. NICE DASH. HAS GLOVE BOX. SEATS HAVE NO TEARS. GLASS IS GOOD. DOORS AND WINDOWS WORK WELL. THE BEDS SIDES AND INNER FENDERS HAVE A GRAY WHITE TEXTURE PAINT ON THEM. LOOKS GOOD AND CLEAN. NAPCO HISTORY: THE NAPCO PARTS MAKE IT 4X4. IN 1955 ON 2ND SERIES 3100 AND 3200 TRUCKS YOU COULD NOW ORDER YOUR NEW TRUCK WITH THE DEALER ADDED 4X4 KIT BY NAPCO. THAT KIT CAME TO THE DEALER IN A WOOD CRATE WITH OVER 1400 POUNDS OF CONVERSION PARTS. NAPCO DESIGNED THE PARTS TO FIT WITH YOUR 2 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCK AND MATCH THE GEARING. SO ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS REMOVE THE FRONT AXLE AND REPLACE IT WITH THE NAPCO AXLE. HANG THE TRANSFER CASE TO THE REAR OF TRANSMISSION AND ADDING THE DRIVE SHAFTS NEEDED. THEY ONLY HAD TO DRILL 4 HOLES AND CUT ONE HOLE FOR EXTRA SHIFTER TO MAKE THIS SWAP. THESE WERE SOLD AS ON THE FLY 2 WH TO 4 WH SHIFTING. CHOICE OF LOCKOUTS OR NO LOCKOUTS.
