1966 CORVETTE 427 CONV

1966 Chevrolet Corvette Description

Due to weather out side I was unable to take the Vette outside. This is a real 427/425 HP Vette. The car runs real nice, and shifts good. The Vette starts right up. The side of the block date code is 1205, the back of the block reads 3889942. The side of the trans has the cars vin # stamped in it. The rear gear is 370.The car needs a complete restore. The frame is in good shape I did not see any rust holes, and it seem solid. The car is a blue/blue car. The dash pad is in real good shape. The passengers rear quarter panel was replaced a long time ago, and who ever did it knew what they were doing, they did a good job. The front and back floor pans have no holes. The car looks ok but needs paint. You can drive it the way it is or restore it. I will end the auction early. This car has a large folder full of paper work of thing that have been done to this car. The man I got this car from owned it as far back as 1985. This car has had the motor rebuilt so time ago, and then it had a new cam and lifters put in it by the last owner.
