This stunning 1965 corvette convertible resto mod was the brainchild and personaldriver of Ralph Eckler, the man who almost singled-handedly created the budding corvette aftermarket industry 50 years ago.
Dubbed the "Ralph Eckler Signature Corvette," it is constructed on a new 1963-1967 tube chassis by Street Shop that has been powder-coated in blue and equipped with the full independent suspension, power steering and four-wheel disc brakes from a C-4 corvette. The the body is strictly stock and beautifully finished in beautiful Nassau blue. The car now rolls on CCW chromed aluminum billet wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport tires.A new bright blue Al Knoch custom interior which includes Roadster Deluxe door panels, custom sport leather seats and new seat foam w/ the Ralph Eckler Signature Cars logo, dash pads, Roadster 80/20 carpet and visors, new bezels, tilt steering column, original 1965 clock w/ a new quartz conversion, new knobs, lens and new white face w/ black letters, gauge cluster to electronic w/ new white face and black letters are all included.This stunning collectible also boasts side exhaust mufflers and covers, chrome bumpers, chrome trim, side mirrors, neutral safety switch, emblems, new complete front end and rear clip, gas door lock assembly and cowl inductionhood w/ 4" high rise.
