Cool story with the truck, only 9300 miles racked up over 34yrs.This was a local Pontiac dealership plow truck since new. It does have rust but not as bad as a truck driven 33yrs on salty roads...
Truck runs and drives, still has original spark plug wires..The body decent, has rot in both outer floorpan, rocker panels and cab corners. Doors are solid on lower pinch welds aside of a 1" spot bottom middle of lower pinch weld fold on passenger door bubbling on inner lip. This door has a shallow dent in it that should pop out. Really the only dent on truck.Front bumper is real nice, rear is rusty.The front fenders are good. Bed is rotted side to side crossmembers, bed sides are pretty decent, couple bubbles behind tires, solid above wheel wells.The frame has scaled rust, heavy in some spots, not bad in others, no breaks or cracks I can see. Was definitely undecoated more than once over the years! LR leaf spring shackle is broken .
Truck has had some paint work over time here and there. Drivers cab corner looks to be the only metal that's been replaced.
8ft speedcast plow works and is included if winning bidder wants it. Plow is in decent shape with no rust through.
No title with truck, bill of sale only.I do have a MA inspection report from the late 90's or early 2000's with 6900 or so miles shown.
Truck does run and drive but has not been run down the road in a while. Parking lot driven this week.. runs stops and steers. Definitely a trailer piece.
I have a real nice bed floor and a semi restored frame available to winning bidder for additional cost.
