The car is to be all restored, it is a barn find (put away for 42 years) it seems to be all original car but cannot be sure of that, frame and trunk seems to be restorable, floors, doors skins and fenders/quarters will need to be replace, hood is good, engine does not run at the moment and is yours to make it work.
