1957 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible Description

Up for sale is a 57 Corvette that is a blast from the past. This Corvette came with 283 HP Fuel Injection ( not with car ) the dual quads were rebuilt and it has the original EL motor with clear original stamps on the pad it has the correct round throttle rod with no heater no radio, no windshield washers or courtesy lights . The Hardtop is in excellent shape and is included. All new exhaust just installed. The Corvette is totally unrestored I had the engine rebuilt and it has all the correct parts inside. The 4 speed is a 62 T10. The paint sucks the Corvette was originally red with a white cove and someone a long time ago painted it white. I found Canadian coins under the seats from 1984 and that was probably the last time the Corvette was on the road. It has traction masters on the rear and is dirty and grimy underneath there is no rust because the frame has never been cleaned so the grease and dirt preserved everything under the car. The Corvette was more than likely purchased to race SCCA or drag racing or both. The VIN is E57S05477 someone in the Canadian area might remember what history the car might have. This Corvette is in a condition that was typical of a well driven 57 Corvette for sale in 1966. It was in dry storage for over 35 years before I bought it. It starts and runs and sounds healthy. Own a real part of Corvette History.
