1967 Chevrolet Sportvan108 Window van Description

This van was stored for many years. I am the fourth owner of this 52 year old van and I have talked to the second owner of this van and he has told me the whole History of the van. Pretty cool! The second owner bought the van in 2013 after it had been stored for about 10 years. The original owner bought the van for his furniture business and he ordered the van without the two rear bench seats. So this van never had those rear seats. The second owner put a lot of money and labor into the van so he could take it on a road trip to Florida from Wisconsin. He put the following parts into the van: 5 new Hankook tires, the spare is still brand new, new brake shoes and new wheel cylinders on all wheels, new shock absorbers on all wheels, new complete exhaust, new universal joints, new interstate battery, new heater and radiator hoses, new re-cored heater core, so brand new heat, new windshield, and I rebuilt the factory carburetor and installed top of the line Blue Streak ignition parts, distributor cap, points, condenser, rotor, and AC Delco spark plug wires, AC Delco spark plugs, and I tuned the engine. All new Fram fuel and air filters and a new fram pcv valve. I also installed a lifetime warranty Napa fan belt. The engine starts right up and runs like new. It idles perfectly and at times you can not even feel that it is running, very smooth, Happy motor! You can not beat the Chevy inline six for reliability and I would drive this six cylinder anywhere. Please do ask lots of questions before deciding to bid on this van. The rusted lower body panels are still available for repairing the body on this van. This van still has it's original green paint that I waxed and it shows. It still shines nicely and the van gets immediate attention where ever it goes. If you have been looking for one of these flat nosed vans this may be the one for you. It was very well taken care of over the years and the interior shows that. It is not all beat up like most Cargo vans are.
