1972 C20. Numbers matching (original) 350 engine, automatic transmission, power steering and power disc brakes. One family owned un-restored survivor. 53,000 documented original miles, all maintenance and repair receipts come with the truck documenting its low original mileage. Stunning 100% original paint. The interior is all original with the exception of the black steering wheel. The interior still looks new. Original build sheet and Protecto-Plate (see pictures). Numbers matching engine, transmission, and axle. Purchased new buy Harold and Dorothy Nelson at Lee Swanson Chevrolet in Port Orchard Wa August 27th, 1971 (see picture of the original dealer inspection from).Harold passed away in 1985. Harold's wife Dorothy stored the truck from 1985 in till she passed away in 2010. Her Daughter Cheryl stored the truck from 2010 to 2015 and drove it occasionally. Garage kept from new. After the truck was purchased new the original owner installed a Alaskan Camper. This truck was only used as a RV for camping. The camper preserved the original paint in the bed and the paint still looks new. From 1972-1985 this truck has been on many camping adventures. I have many camp site stubs and a collection of vintage road maps in the glove box that are included with the truck. This is a some what rare truck as it was ordered with the 3/4 ton coil spring Sport rear suspension. This suspension drives much better than the leaf spring rear 3/4 suspension. The truck still retains its original Swanson dealership license plate frame, door vin plate, door vin sticker, glove box option sticker, Protecto-Plate, build sheet, and dealer purchase papers. Also included is every expired registration since 1972. The truck has only been registered in North West Washington since new.

MOTOR/TRANSMISSION/AXLE- Numbers matching 350 V-8 and automatic transmission. The motor is 100% original. The truck still retains its original carburetor as well. The truck has been meticulously maintained since new (repair and maintenance records come with the truck). The Motor runs like a watch. Good oil pressure. Does not burn or leak oil. The transmission shifts like new. The truck drives like a Cadillac. The rear axle gear ratio is perfect for daily or high way driving. Mechanically the C-20 is in excellent condition and needs nothing.
INTERIOR- The interior is 100% original with the acception of the black steering wheel. The steering wheel is correct, however it would have been originally teal in color. The interior still looks new. The seat upholstery is original and shows no wear. There are no rips in the upholstery. The dash, stock rubber mat, door panels, interior paint, ect, is all in like new condition. The dash has never had a radio installed and still retains its original radio block off plate. There is no holes drilled in the dash. Every light, gauge, all electrical works. There has been some recient work done to the heating system and the heater work good.
PAINT/BODY- 100% original paint. 100% RUST FREE. NO TOUCH UPS, NO TOUCH UP PAINT, NOTHING....
The bed is in extraordinary condition original condition. Immediately after purchase a Alaskan Camper was installed in till 2018. This preserved the original paint of the bed. The body is arrow strait as seen in the pictures. I recently had all five of the wheels powder coated to the correct white color. The truck still has its original hub caps. Another unusual thing about the condition of the truck is that the rear bumper still has its original paint. The bumper still looks new, you will notice a few old bumper stickers, which I decided to leave on the rear bumper. The truck has been garaged since 1972 and was only used as a RV for camping its entire life. The under carriageis clean, tidy, and well preserved thanks to the dealer installedundercoating (see pictures).
OTHER- Brand new tires, new shocks front and rear, new battery, battery cables, heater blower motor, heater core. New complete dual exhaust system and mufflers. Fresh complete tune up. Original jack.
With a heavy heart I have decided to list My beloved C-20 for sale. I cant emphasize enough how beautiful and stunning this original this truck is. The pictures do it no justice. This is one of very few 53k original mile documented one family owned survivors in this condition. As stated above. The truck runs, drives, and stops like new. Every thing works. The truck needs nothing. Any specific questions, please feel free to contact me.
