Up for sale we have a 1969 Chevy C10. This C10 has been nicely done and is a factory Black truck. It has had new chrome and trim with upgrades to the brakes and being changed to 5 Lug Wheels. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the C10. The body looks rock solid with good fit of the cab to the bed. Also, it has good fit of the side trim. You can tell at the time of the resto that the side trim was either polished or replaced. The grill and trim appears to have been replaced as well. All the glass is tinted and when you look at the chrome it all appears to have been replaced as well as all the side marker lights and tail lights. This truck is a factory black truck that has been repainted in Black with good detail in the jams and inside the bed. The paint shows well with a deep rich shine. Looking at the bed the wood has been replaced along with the stainless strips. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of 20" American Racing Wheels.
Next, we will take a look at the interior of the '69. On the inside it's all done in black with the bench set covered in black vinyl. The door panels and carpet look like new as well as the dash. This C10 has the dealer installed A/C. The dash houses the gauges that include the factory tach. The steering wheel has been upgraded to the custom grip wheel. The radio was also upgraded to a Sony CD Player. This Pick up also retains the factory seat belts.
Finally, we will take look at the heartbeat of the Chevy. Under the hood the engine bay is neat and clean with the power coming from the 350 V8. The engine is dressed with a polished intake with a Holley Carb. Also, it has the fin Aluminum Valve covers and Chrome Breather. The exhaust flows through coated headers and dual exhaust. The trans is a 700R that's mated to the 12 Bolt Rear End. This C10 has Power Brakes with Disc up front. They also changed the bolt pattern to the later style 5 on 5 pattern. It has Power Steering and the A/C looks like a dealer installed unit that is working. To ensure it runs cool it has the 4 Core Radiator. The frame and floor pans look good with it being lowered with lowering springs.
