1976 Chevrolet Monza Description

1976 Chevrolet Monza 2+2 hatchback original V8 car, body is in good shape, was originally Light blue poly it’s now red and white. Paint is in fair condition, it is fire engine red with bright white down the middle with gold vinyl pin stipe in between. Someblemishes and scratches, driver side fender has some flaking. Interior is gutted except one race seat. Dash, door panels and headliner are in great shape as well as the original steering wheel. Original tilt column car. All the glass is in perfect shape including window tracks.

Engine: small block 350 10.5.1 compression 2.02/160 Camel Hump heads, big Solid Cam, Erson roller rockers with Jomal studgirdles. Demon carb, Edelbrock super victor intake Nos cheater plate kit. Electric water pump, Morroso deep sump pan. Engine runs great sounds even better!

Trans: Turbo 350, built with good parts and valvebody, Neal chance 3500 stall. Ford 9” full spool, 4.10 gears Richmond internals. B&M quick silver shifter with reverse lockout.

Car has Weld drag stars all the way around, front disk and drum rear brakes. Hoosier 26/11.5/15 quick time pro drag slicks. Car has line lock, single stage plate kit dual electric fans. Big Mallory fuel pump, all steel braided fuel lines. Dual 12V Marine deep cycle batteries, fuel cell and 15lb Nitrous bottle and rear mounted On off switch. Car has 3” exhaust with flowmasters and turn downs.

Car comes with Chris Alston sub frame connectors and 8 point cage. Pink slip in hand, car is out of the system for reg. Last registered in 1989.

Car runs mid 11’s N/A.perfect for a bracket drag racing car has tons of potential and could go much faster with a little work. Car is similar to the chevy Vega. The car is a very cool time capsule
