Up for bid is my 1972 Chevrolet C-10 Short Bed truck with the factory Cheyenne package. It is a factory 400 big block V8 truck with the automatic turbo 400 transmission. The original motor has been changed to asbc engine with headersbut theoriginal turbo 400 transmission is still in it. It does have the 12 bolt rear end and does have factory power disc brakes. It has always been a southern truck and hasn't seen much salt. The frame is solid and the truck is in overall typical condition for a unrestored classicvehicle of its age. It does have the rear cargo light option and is an original 5 lug truck. The bed is in good shape for the year with minimal rust. Since I have purchasedit I have not attempted to get it running. The motor is free and I have turned it over by hand but it is currently not running at this time. This truckwas running when parked and is still all complete. Being a factory big block short bed C10 this is a rare truck. It does have the big hump in the floor board as well as the original s.p.i.d sticker that shows the options. It has rust on the inner drip rail inside the cab but overall it hasgood solid bones. Itwill needa complete restoration to be a show truck but would make a great patina builder or LS swap candidate as is. It will be sold with a NC bill of sale only. If you have any other questions please let me know. A $500 non refundable deposit is due at the auction end to hold the truck. The remaining balance is to be paidvia cash in person or bank wire for non-local bidders within 3 business days after the auction ends. I am located in Trinity NC 27370 (shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder but I will assist with loading if needed upon pick up). All inspections are to be made prior to the auction ending. This vehicle is sold as is where is with no warranty(s)
Thanks for viewing and happy bidding!!!
