Up for your consideration is a 1954 Pennant Blue Convertible Corvette. One of about 350 made that year in Pennant Blue. **PRO's***This car is ORIGINAL & has been re-painted Lacquer in the 1970`s.*Previous owner re-wired the entire car with factory harness, all lights & charging system works as it should.*This was converted to a 12 volt by the previous owner & I still have the ORIGINAL generator.*The Engine, Transmission & Rear were born with this car. Also, as you know its a 2 Speed Powerglide.*The car starts easily with it's "3 Carter Carburetors" that I had re-built by "Middlesex Carburetor (in New Jeresy)".*The carburetors do not leak or smell when turned off.*All Bumpers and stainless steel & chrome & are in excellent condition.*Original Cloth Top.*Interior Seating nice & all Original beige color.*The Frame is perfect, No rust & this car has been garage kept. I am the 4th owner! This reliable car runs, drives & stops straight down the road!**CON's***2 Speed Powerglide Transmission stopped shifting into high, my "mechanic states" its a vacuum leak or by worse being a need to be re-built.*ORIGINAL Wonder Bar radio that does not work.*Gas Gauge not working.*Needs a Speedometer Cable Drive.*Some areas of paint "shown in pictures" are "lifting & flaking".*Left front Fender shows slight shrinking in body panel but not bad. *NOTE: This is not a perfect car but a genuine ORIGINAL!*
