1971 Monte Carlo SS matching numbers in need of a restoration

1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Description

This is a real deal Super Sport Monte Carlo. It has what appears to me to be a matching numbers 454 and an automatic. It also is factory ai, power steering, power brake car, with power windows and locks. It has some rust around the windows ( typical vynal top rust) and in the floors. I would recommend that anyone buying an old car look at it for yourself before you bid. This car is being sold with a bill of sale ONLY, NO title or registration. This car needs a full restoration and will need a windshield and back glass to complete windows. I have poured some gas in the carburetor and cranked it but this is not a running driving car. Please don't ask if it will drive home. Again this is a project car not a complete running driving car. It has rust that will need to be fixed.
