1946 Chevrolet Other Description

Up for sale is my custom built hot rod (please don't call it a rat). It is a 1946 Chevy body with a 1936 Chevy nose on a professionally-build 2x4 steel frame, and has been together for roughly 8 years and has been driven 5,000-8,000 miles. The kinks have all been worked out and the truck has no major mechanical issues. The truck cruises smoothly on the highway at 70mph and rides better than you would think thanks to the modern rear suspension. Its not perfect and has a few minor scratches and nicks along with one big digger in the driver's side rocker panel thanks to a trailer (can't see it unless you bend down). I have driven this car on 2-hour road trips, and aside from a little ringing in the ears from the open headers, there are no issues. I just bought a new toy, so this one has to go to open up the garage space! This is not a cobbled together "rat", but a professionally built vehicle that is safe and reliable; the exterior body work is top notch, but the interior remains in a mostly unfinished state. Toss in a headliner and carpet, or leave it as-is. Willing to help with shipping if buyer makes all arrangements. Can deliver for a fee within the New England area. Registered as a 1946 Chevy truck, no special title or process required for registration. Make offers! I don't want to give it away, but it has to go by the end of the summer.
