1975 Chevrolet C-10 Cheyenne Description

1975 Chevrolet Cheyenne 4x4 Step Side That's Been Kept in California and Nevada. Originally Built in 1975 at the Chevrolet Factory in Fremont, California. This Solid, Western State, Iconic 1970's Chevy 4x4 Step Side is the One to Have. It Was Sold Brand New In at Herb Hallman Chevrolet In Reno, Nevada In April, 1975. It Has Resided In the Reno/ Sparks, Nevada Ever Since.

This Chevy 1/2 Ton 4x4 Came With Many Factory Rare Options. Some of Those Are the V8 400 Cubic Inch Engine, Cheyenne Package, Step Side Short Bed, Air Conditioning, and Posi Traction Axles.

The Replacement 350 V8 Engine Runs Really Strong and Sounds Great!!It Was Bought In August, 2002 By the Original Owner.

It Sports Exhaust Headers and Turbo Mufflers. It Doesn't Smoke or Over Heat. A New Edelbrock Carburetor and Fuel Pump Were Installed in the Last 8 Months. The Transmission Shifts Well.

This Chevy Retains All of It Factory Body Panels and is 95% Rust Free. The Only Spots That Require Rust Repair are the 2 Doors in the Rear Corners (See Pictures) and the Bottom of the Passenger Fender. The Pick Up Appears to Have No Previous Accident Damage. The Moss Gold Paint is Wearing Thin in Spots. As a Truck It Can Be Left As Is and Still Look Great, or It Can Be Repainted in the Future. The Bed Wood Floor is Decent and is Very Usable. The Factory Sliding Back Window Circulates the Air in the Cab Well. The Rear End Gears Recently Failed, and Was Replaced By a Donor Rear End.When Replacing the Rear End, It Was Overlooked at the Time, and They Were Mismatched With the Front 4x4 Axle Gears. Driving in 2 Wheel Drive is Fine and Has No Issues. To Drive in 4 Wheel Drive Will Require to Replace Either Front or RearAxle Gears, So The Wheels Spin In Succession.

Overall, This is the Truck Most Us Raised in the 1970's Remember.
