The spare tire carrier under the vehicle is included with bolts but not currently mounted on vehicle. When the new mufflers were recently installed the rear hinges were installed a few inches closer which doesn’t allow the bolts to line up. The hinges need to be moved further apart to allow the spare carrier to be installed. Simple fix but do not have the time and cannot commit to fixing
