1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Bel Air Gasser Description

1956 Chevrolet Bel Air Gasser

Details

Bel Air 2 door post (sedan). The car is an absolute head turner everywhere I go. I have pics and videos from day one when the body shell came off the trailer and was built to this point. Everything has been touched. This is a true gasser.... It's loud, fast, does BIG burnouts, goes straight... really fast, really well, stops good and will never carve corners. It's a true gasser, not a resto-mod or a trailer queen. It has only what is needed.... the interior is basic, there is no AC or power steering, no cruise control or sound system. It has a wicked motor, close ratio 4 speed, spooled 4.11s, line locks (aka roll control), cheater slicks, the traditional 60s/70s gasser nose high stance.

The body is body is all factory steel and relatively rust free (only real areas are at the very bottom of the quarters under the taillights (usually hidden by the rear bumper) and other spots underneath, but very limited. Hood is factory steel and is cut to fit the dual carbs. The "Two Lane Blacktop" hood scoop is accurate to the original and made of fiberglass. The stance is perfect period correct nose high gasser and every aspect of the car screams tri 5 gasser
