1982 Chevy 3/4 Ton 4X4, Bright Red, no rust ever! Originally from Southern Tennessee, frame off restoration with the frame completely sandblasted and clear coated, bed and cab floor have been sprayed with bed liner.

The engine is a built 383 stroker. Recent rebuild on motor: Eagle Forged Steel Crank with full bottom end studs and all race hardened brass bearings (won’t spin if oil pressure is lost), 10.5 to 1 Compression Hypereutectic pistons at 0.030” over, full roller cam, lifters and rockers. True roller double timing chain. Rejetted 750 CFM Holley Carb on Eldelbrock Performer RPM Intake and high volume Holley Fuel Pump. 7 quart Moroso oil pan with internal baffles and a Melling high volume oil pump and pickup. HEI ignition with High performance Accel Spark module. Only the best FelPro gaskets used throughout the engine build. Engine sounds great with a lope from the cam. Approx. 480 HP. Runs on 93 Octane Pump Gas. $5000.00 invested in just the engine.

Exhaust has Headman headers into 2 ½” pipes run through Flow Master Mufflers straight out the back with chrome tips. Again, sounds awesome!

This Trans is built to handle over 600 HP and contains all the internal components as the PATC “700 Raptor Heavy duty - level 3. Look up Transmissioncenter.net on-line for all the specifics. Over $2500.00 invested in the Trans.

New $500.00 4-core HD radiator and separate Trans cooler, truck runs nice and cool always 170’.

Rear End is the unbreakable GM corporate 14 bolt full floater with 4.56 gears and a new Yukon Locker. Front is a Dana 44, open with 4.56 gears and Warren Lockout Hubs. Standard shift transfer case that works well – L4, H4, N & 2H.

All four corners have new fully adjustable Rancho RS9000XL extended length shocks, these shocks offer the best of both worlds, soft setting for street and off road flex – to - stiff for towing or hauling. $500.00 in shocks alone, look them up on-line for the specs. Truck rides very well for lifted leaf spring suspension.

New steel GM gas tank, straps and sending unit.

Brakes are power front disk with all new master cylinder and proportioning valve recently installed, also new pads and rotors up front and drum shoes in the back. New Wheel cylinders and all new brake lines.

Truck did have air conditioning, everything has been removed and the firewall air box replaced with a new factory original from Classic Industries. Engine compartment looks nice and clean now.

This truck is not a show runner but it is in great shape and could be perfect with just a little more attention. It is perfect for trail riding, dunes, mud, and rock crawling or just cruising around town. The truck definitely attracts a lot of attention whenever I take it for a drive. These old GM square body trucks are getting harder and harder to find not all rusted out. I have a lot of time and money invested, it’s my passion to do things right the first time. This truck has been a labor of love for the past 12 years that I’ve been working on it. It has not been driven hard, off roaded or rodded in anyway. I love the truck and really don’t want to or have to sell it, but I have too many vehicles and something needs to go.

The current racing seats and bracket can easily be removed and an original bench seat could be re-installed. I don’t have the original bench seat, but I’m sure one could be bought from a salvage yard and re-covered for a few hundred dollars.

Many dollars and even more time invested in this truck, so no trades and I don’t need help selling it, so don’t contact me for that.
