1972 Chevrolet Corvette Description

NO RESERVE AUCTION !!
1972 Chevrolet Corvette Convertible.
All original numbers matching "survivor" withProtect-O-Plate.
Original paint, engine, transmission, interior, both soft top and hard top...everything is original.
I have owned the car for almost 3 years, the previous owner had it for 42 years.
Previous owner had the engine professionallyrebuilt in 1992 and replacedhoses, belts, brakes and a carburetorkit in 2016
Runs, drives and shifts good....I drive it locally, however it is not prepared for a cross country trip.

There is surface rust on the frame, but from what I can see, it is not rotten or rusted out anywhere.

I don't know how old the tires are, but they hold air just fine with no leaks.
The soft top has some tears around the rear window.
Horn, air conditioning, radio, clock, wipers and gauges are not operating.
Drivers door hinge will need some work, it drops down a half inch when opened.
Headlight doors are a little slow opening, but once they are up they stay up they close just fine when turned off.
Heater, turn signals, hazards, brake lights and back up lights are all working.
I am not a Corvette expert, so please ask questions......I will answer what I can.
