1974 CHEVY C10 SHORT BED STEP SIDE
Update, this will be the last time I list the truck I took her out for a little ride and cant tell you how smooth and fast this thing is!!!!! It is atorquemonster.... Alot of truck!!!!!
Start of by saying I really hate to see this one go!!!!
This is not perfect by any means but a really nice truck.It is running anddrive ablebut needs a few slighttouch'sbefore a long drive!It has a very sound and strong 454 motor and great working 400 turbo.The motor is not all blinged out with chrome but don't let that fool you. Its aawesomesounding and fast machine. I don't know much about the motor i do not know if it is beefed up or just a clean sound stock with cam. Itdefiantlydoeshave a cam I just don't know thespecifics.It has a quad jet carb which I planned toreplaceruns great tho! Needs turned downa notch for lope.Now the Exhaust is one off and sounds amazing : headers 2.5 to 4'' muffler and single outlet on drivers side. I mean meeeeeeeaaaaaaan sounds great.Previous owner put steal bed in, not bad kinda grown to it.Brand new Battery!!!It has a mini spool in rear end FUN but I wanted to change to posi ( itwouldn'tbehard)Wheels are just basic truck rally 8s on rear 7s on front tires just ok! THey need Smoked off for new ones lol!!!Not really any rust at all besides front inner fenders which is typical from splash up. and spot on rear passenger side fender from splash up as well.Paintisn'tsuperb orwonderfulbut I polished it out and it looks 2000x better. Itsgotthat sweet with rough around the edges look. Has fiberglass cowl hood that needs painted.Interior is really nice to the beach seat doesn't match the best butisn'tto far off,but is in Awesome shape no rips or tears hard to come by. Dash is okay Would clean up nice, carpet is niceitsgrey. all windows in great shape.
Small things it needs:alternatorbelt to charge new battery Gas gauge (I think at sending unit) Turn signal bulbs Nice set of wheels & tires Mirrors (if youwantedto put some on it) I have (included)Anything Else you would like to do itwouldn'ttake much at all!!!!!
