WOW,,, 1956 Chevrolet Bel-Air Two Door Hardtop !!! This car will appeal to two groups of individuals, The classic 1955 - 1957 Chevrolet lover, and the Corvette crowd. Take the time to go over this car, and you will see that you would have to search long and hard to find another classic car with this unique engine. In the Mid 70's the owner blew up the original motor, and needing a replacement, looked in the local classifieds, finding a listing where the seller was parting out a 1968 Corvette, he called and was told that he could buy the motor. It just happened to be the largest horsepower corvette engine that was available that year. A true, all complete 1968 Corvette 427 cu. in. 435 h.p. Tri Power engine ( L-71 ). ( Engine was recently fully rebuilt 1500 miles ago ). This was matched up to a Muncie 4 speed and a 1968 Chevelle 12 bolt rear end. I am guessing that a corvette collector will buy this car, take the engine out, and drop in a built up small block, and resell the car, and end up with a heck of a deal on this engine. What else can I tell you.... Electric wipers, Two tone paint, Alternator Upgrade, Custom Fiberglass Front Fenders, Custom Keystone Rims and tires. Custom Aluminum rad & fan, Lighter, Clock, aftermarket ( vintage ) tachometer and gauges, custom headers and exhaust, tinted glass, and a custom interior. New brakes and clutch. Car runs and drives great, and is fully registered ( titled ), and insured. Very easy to buy a car from Canada and have it shipped / imported into your country, if it goes out of Canada.
