1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS Description

1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS
This car has its original 5.0 HO engine and transmission
Starts and runs very wel, Odometer showing 11,204 miles which is
111,204 miles and climbing as I still use the car.
The car was a one family owned vehicle up till 2017 when I purchased it.
I do have the original title and bill of sale from the new car dealer and the original dealer
emblem tag is still on the trunk lid.
The body has the original coat of paint from the factory and stripes it came in from day one.
According to the family there was no accidents or bodywork done to this ca, the paint does show its age.
The original floors and trunk area all appear to be nice and free from any patchwork or replacements along
with the frame . The frame was protected with fluid film and not covered up with rubber undercoating
and the floors are untouched and show surface rust only.
The brakes feel very well and stops and handles well. The steering column is tight with
no play.
The tires are in good condition, no cracks in the das, door panels and carpets are in good shape even
the original radio works properly.
There are three dime size or small spots of surface rus, one on the roo, one on the strip of passenger
wheel well and one one the lip in front of right rear tire, other then that the car needs a headliner, and driver seat
has wear. The check engine light comes on and goes off on its own, the mufflers are also going to need replacing
I left it to your preference of sound. All the glass is good and the power windows work properl, all gauge work, blinkers, and headlights are good.
The air conditioning is complete and the belt is on the car but does not blow cold.
This is not a $20,000 showroom car but one thats been well maintained and garaged
over the years you can drive and enjoy or easy restoration.
If you have any further questions or offers on the car feel free to message me.
This car must be sold due to no winter storage.
This car can be driven home to any location and I will also help handle shipping arrangements
to any location worldwide.
