1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Restomod Description

This 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle Restomod is a fresh-built mean-machine that has the look of intimidation and the performance-built big block to back it all up. And while this all says to the world that you're all about aggression, the details reveal the full quality. These Chevelle hardtops are a legend for terrific muscle cars looks, and this one takes it to the next level. It all starts with the paint. Matte black is always one of the most... sinister ways to represent on the streets. There's less than 50 miles on this one since completing its restoration, and so the menacing look is also exceptionally fresh. White racing stripes make for the ideal contrast. It was all cleared over with a satin finish, so you have a unique look as the light dances evenly across the full modern-style anti-gloss package. This one has terrific sporty details, like the cowl induction hood, push locks on the hood, expertly shaved badging, and competition-style American Racing Torq Thrust wheels that hold extra-wide rubber. But more than just a true muscle car, you're going to love this one for the quality of work. They took time to get the body panels looking crisp. And the fresh restoration includes mirror-like bumpers, new trim, new door handles, new glass, and a ton more investments. The black interior keeps the mean attitude going inside, and the condition is another reminder of the freshness of the build. The door panels, carpeting, dash, and headliner are all part of a quality package. Plus, bucket seats, a center console, and Chevy's three-spoke sports steering wheel make this a driver's machine. And we know you've spotted the competition-worthy upgrades like the Art Carr-Winters Sidewinder shifter and the full set of backlit AutoMeter Sport-Comp II gauges. Under the hood is a true beast, and it looks just as fresh as the rest of this coupe. It's a rebuilt 454 cubic-inch big block that has been enhanced and fortified with 10.25:1 compression, ported 2.19 bowl heads (blended & polished), one-piece stainless valves w/high-performance springs, Comp Cam 268 hydraulic camshaft, and flat top pistons. It's supported by a double-roller timing chain, high volume oil pump, high flow water pump, HEI distributor, and a three-core aluminum radiator with electric fan. The full package inhales deeply with a Holley 750 CFM four-barrel carburetor and Edelbrock Air Gap intake. It exhales with authority as long tube headers add power while contributing to the rumble of the X-pipe dual exhaust. This is a big power package, and so they fortified the rest of the component to handle it. The TH350 three-speed automatic transmission has a B&M flexplate, and the stout 12-bolt rear end has been rebuilt and includes Positraction. And while the whole package is quite beastly, it's easy to tame thanks to power steering and power brakes w/discs up front. We have thousands $$$$ in build receipts on this fresh build and plenty of more details to go over. So gives us a call to get the full story on this sinister Chevelle before its gone forever.
