1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS Clone Description

This beautiful third-generation SS Clone El Camino boasts includes many extras.

Originally assembled in Michigan, this car features a classic white paint job with black striping and a brand new black vinyl top. No rust or soft spots and body is good and straight. All glass is intact with no clouding or fogging. The inside of the bed looks almost new with a spray-in bed liner with one small place that is loosening. A matched-set of P225/50R17 tires in great condition with no dry rot and plenty of tread will get you where you’re going, all framed out in an awesome set of ion 5-spoke chrome wheels. There is some notable paint chipping on the front grille (see photos). From the front bumper to the chrome dual exhaust pipes, this rider is ready for you!

The powerful V8 350 engine is in great running shape giving the driver a full 175hp to play with when driving. A small oil leak is noted at the back of the pan. The optional and powerful 3-speed automatic transmission powerhouse give it plenty of go-down-the-road fun.

On the inside, carpet, door trim inserts and steering wheel are all in fantastic shape. Weather seals are very tight with no compromise. Headliner looks great with no sags or tears. Plenty of performance aftermarket gauges including a tachometer that gives you a “full instrumentation” experience. The desirable bucket-seat passenger compartment is comfortable, but only coupled with the upgraded ALPINE CDM-9801 stereo system. This classic Fisher body isn’t without compromise and has minor dings, knicks, and scratches for a truck of this age, but is a wonderful representation of this classic American automobile.
