1969 Chevrolet Camaro SS Description

Body off frame restored big block Camaro convertible with a 4-speed! I feel like that's all I need to say to sell this one, but here is what I know: EXTERIOR: Whoever painted this car definitely is very good at what they do. It looks like a hugger orange mirror. You can't even feel the gloss black hockey stick stripe. I'm looking down both sides, it's arrow straight with a mirror reflection. All the trim has been replaced- bumpers, optional... bumper guards, lenses, emblems, grill, marker lights, mirror, door handles. The stainless trim around the convertible opening the windshield is new, wipers are even shiny. New windshield. Door jambs are painted real slick, has new weather strips and fuzzy window seals, new sill plates. New black convertible top. The pump, rams and lines are new. Good looking set of 18x8 wheels with performance tires. INTERIOR: I open the door, the interior lights work. Looks like all the upholstery, door panels, carpet has been replaced. Has carpeted orange embroidered floor mats. The center console has aftermarket armrest cushion with cup holders. Has factory gauge cluster and tachometer. Dash pad, deluxe steering wheel, heater controls are new. The visors and mirror are new. Upgraded stereo with speakers in the door panels. Glove box liner is new. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Actually a 454 disguised as a 396. Upgraded with aluminum intake and a big 800 cm Holley carb, HEI ignition and long tube headers. This motor compartment has obviously been all apart and restored. The jambs, firewall and bottom of the hood are gloss orange. Radiator support, inner fenders and heater box are all smooth satin black. The brake booster, master and lines are replaced. It has an upgraded aluminum radiator with a shroud. New horns and alternator. The motor itself is painted nicely, has reproduction chrome valve covers and air cleaner lid. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Cleaned up real nice in the trunk compartment. It has a durable coat of spatter finish paint. New rubber mat, new well liner. Bottom of the trunk lid and the jamb are painted glossy, new weatherstrip. UNDERSIDE: Bottom of the motor is clean. Muncie 4-speed trans looks fresh, has new Hurst linkage. New driveshaft connects to the 12 bolt rear end. Has custom exhaust system with great sounding stainless Magnaflow mufflers. Upgraded brake system with drilled and slotted disc brakes at all four wheels. This is an exciting car that will be a blast to own!
