This 1957 Chevy 150 Wagon is a nice southwestern car from Arizona.
Engine is a 40,000 mile aluminum 5.3 LS from 2004 SSR, disassembled and gone through. Texas Speed cam, tall LS2 intake, throttle body and injectors from 16,000 mile 2005 SSR. 4L60E transmission with 2700 stall Yank converter. Engine has performance tune. New ceramic coated headers and all new exhaust. New engine wiring and fuse box. New fuel tank, Walpro external pump, braided fuel and transmission lines, PRC aluminum radiator/core support assembly with AC condenser and dual fans. Dakota Digital gauges.
NOS power antenna, OEM AM/FM/cassette GM radio w/CB. Tilt wheel. Cruise control w/resume. New wiper transmissions and rebuilt wiper motor. Power front seat - appears from late 80's Olds. OEM AC evaporator for air conditioning with OEM in dash controls. New Sanden AC compressor.
New 500 series power steering box, new upper control arms with 5 degree castor, new Bilstein shocks. 10 bolt posi drum brake rear end. Front power disc brakes.
Chrome and stainless is good. Glass is good.
Seats are very comfortable and car handles well with new control arms with 5 degree positive caster and new 500 series CCP quick ratio steering box for new car road feel. Front and rear sway bars. New Coker 225R15 BF Goodrich Silvertown radials on 8" Corvette rally wheels.
This is a nice, straight reliable driver with performance and economy. Mileage shown is since LS conversion.
