1975 Chevrolet Monza V8 2+2 Hatchback Description

You are looking at a very rare all original 75 Monza factory V8 4 speed car. Car was sold new in Los Angeles Ca. and I brought it to Texas in the mid 80s where it has been in storage ever since. It still has an original Ca. pink slip (open title). I got the car out a couple of months ago and had the gas tank cleaned andlined and installeda new fuel pump and sending unit. Flywheel was turned and a new clutch was installed. I also put new wires and plugs on it and car runs fine now. Brakes are good and tires and battery are new. Car is ready now for a restoration. I wouldn't recommend driving car home until it is completely gone through. The repairs I just completed where only to get the car up on it's feet and running. Nice 99% rust free California body but it does have whisky dents as shown in the pictures. The only rust I could find on this car is the lower right front fender at bottom where leaves and dirt accumulate and hold moisture. Easy fix, ot structural. The factory air is allthere but does not blow cold anymore. Radio and factory tach were working when I parked it and are non operative right now. Car has mostly original paint and no bondo anywhere. The hood, oof, nd trunk where grey primed years ago to preserve it. It had typical GM thin paint on upper surfaces. I'm making no representations about this car except the body and floors are sound, otor, rans, nd rear end are very good, nd it will make an easy restoration project of a rare and collectible Chevy. The interior has been shampooed sincethe pictures were taken and except for a grease stain on the drivers seat lower it looks pretty good right now. No rodent damage anywhere on unit. My intentions were to have it restored myself because it is such a cool and rare carbut time has run out and I have too many other vehicles so some have to go. I might be able to help you find a shipper or even ship it myself for a reduced price. Call for individual quote. Car is at my home outside of Dallas Texas.
