1963 Chevrolet Corvette Description

This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is a fuel-injected example that was delivered new to Gus Faulk Chevrolet in Titusville, Florida and is finished in bright red (Spies-Heckler Scarlet)with a black interior and a white soft top. The seller purchased the car from the family of the original owner in 2003, and undertook a complete frame off, nut and bolt NCRS Top Flite restoration including new paint, a rebuild of its numbers-matching L84 327ci V8, fuel injection, new wiring harness and more. The car subsequently scored a 92.1 in National Corvette Restorers Society judging in 2005, and it has been driven approximately 800 miles since completion of the work in 2004. Recent maintenance includes fluid changes, differential service, and new suspension bushings in 2018. Equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission and a 3.55:1 Positraction rear end, this C2 is offered with a removable hardtop (unrestored), factory wheels, window sticker, NCRS scoring sheets, service manuals, photos and records from the restoration, and a clean Wisconsin title in the seller's name. The car is in better then new condition throughout, runs and drives perfectly and is a star at any show....It has been kept in a heated/air conditioned garage since the restoration and has never been wet. ALL NUMBERS MATCH...Chassis, engine, fuel injection, transmission, etc. At the time of restoration, a 2 part POR 15 process was done on the chassis, new wiring harness and a complete rebuild of every item in the car was done. Radio, dash instruments, new top, tires, wheels, headlight motors, etc. All of the original car was kept and restored.....

Reason for Sale:

I am 75 years old and downsizing a bit as we are moving closer to town. This car is in excellent condition. Its the nicest 63 fuelie I have seen. I have a video taken 3 weeks ago while driving it available via email. While I will sell the car, it is NOT a fire sale car. IF you want a fine example of the original Sting Ray, please bid. There are a number of other cars currently available. I don't believe ANY are as nice as this one.

Thank you for understanding....
