1989 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z 1LE R7U Description

SORRY THERE WAS TECHNICAL ISSUES, I HAD TO RELIST THE CARS, 1989 Camaro Iroc 1LE/R7U, one of the only true collectable Camaro's of the 80's. there were 111-1989 Camaro 1LE's produced and only 74 1LE's withtheR7U package. "Built by Chevrolet engineers to compete in the Showroom Road Racing series" also google "showroom stock stealth hagerty" article about Camaro 1LE's and TA's (Also have twin 1989 Trans Am 1LE/R7Ufor sale only 26 were produced! less than 17,000kms or 10,500 miles) This 1LE/R7U is one of only 76 R7U's. the R7U was produced for the Canadian Players Challenge series. R7U had even more enhancements google "Canadian Racer Reborn - 1989 Chevrolet Camaro" the 1LE/R7U cars were supposed to be only ordered if you proved the car was going to be raced, very few were never raced...this is one of them! depending on what article you read, only 4 to 8 cars were never raced, a few were back-up cars that were also fitted with roll bars etc. This car and its twin Trans Am...no roll bars ever installed. less than 21,000 kms (13,000 miles). google "1989 Camaro 1LE" and "1989 Trans Am 1LE". Easy shipped and titled for USA buyer, I can help arrange everything.

Both cars have had no accidents, all original paint with the exception of the left front flip up headlight cover on the Trans Am. both have been in storage containers, started and run frequently to avoid dried seals and gaskets. All the rubbers and door seals are impeccable, interiors are 10 out of 10 for both cars with no cracking, tears, or fading in anyway, completely showroom ready on the inside and outside. The underneath of both cars have some light flash surface rust on the normal exposed unprotected parts, easily reversed to be show ready. They drive like new with no rattles or shakes, start and run perfect. the spoiler on the trans am needs to be replaced as it has shrunk, it will be replaced before delivery. a scuff on the outside of the right mirror on the Camaro, that will also be repaired before shipping. The Trans Am hatch struts also need to be replaced, this will also be repaired post sale. Other than that these two cars are super rare and Barrett Jackson worthy. There were only 76 1LE/R7U cars in 1989, almost all raced. Some weredestroyed during the races, some were modified further and destroyed in other series, some (one for sale in Alberta) were too modified to even be street legal anymore. Others just were miled out and completely neglected. How many are remaining? Not many! The Trans Am much more rare even, only 26 to start with. the Trans Am will be listed separately, but would like to somehow keep them together.Up to the buyer. The original owner past away many years ago, the two cars were purchased from a dealership owner that has had the two cars for the last 10 years. Unfortunately there is no original paperwork accompanying the cars as it was all lost with the original owner. I have pictures to prove the cars have not been raced. The carpet was carefully lifted in the front where the roll bars would have been attached and alsolifted in the rear. 100% truly un-raced cars.Again don't be concerned the cars are in Canada, im only 90 miles from the Montana boarder, everything can be arranged to help make it a USA titled car.If you would like more information and you are a SERIOUS buyer contact me, ifI have some wrong information listed please let me know soI can make the changes. Please do some research on the rarity of these cars, there are many reliable sources on googleto research. Thanks very much,
