1967 Chevrolet K10 Pickup
The Chevrolet K10 designation can be confusing at times, with the K10, K20, K30, and then the line of C designations to throw in as well. The difference being between C & K is a C is 2-wheel drive, and K is 4-wheel drive. The numerical designation denotes weight maximum. 10 is 1/2 ton, 20 is 3/4 ton, and 30 is 1 ton.
We give you this beautiful lightly modified restoration of a rock solid 1967 Chevy K10 4x4 pickup. This truck will put head and shoulders above the rest, literally, because it a taller 4x4 than most due to a slight lifting! This simple design bowtie 1/2-ton pickup can go almost anywhere, and haul almost anything, all the while looking great doing it.
Exterior
Standout red with a touch of orange mix paint covers laser straight panels, and consistent panel gaps. Chrome is in very good condition and all badging is correct and present. Two large chrome tubular footsteps aid the driver and passenger into the cockpit. Chrome tipped exhaust pipes peek out from the underside below the bed. Speaking of bed, its pristine. American Racing 6 bolt chrome rims and wheels are covered by gnarly BF Goodrich all terrain radials.
Interior
Ribbed houndstooth cloth seats in the form a bench surrounded by black vinyl bolsters take up the cab. In front is a beautifully painted matching exterior Red/Orange with padded black vinyl top dash. A Sony stereo has been added and original looking gauges abound behind a rally steering wheel that runs the power steering. 2 large shift levers, one for the gears, and one for the 4-wheel drive are seen in the middle and are surrounded by black carpeting. A black vinyl headliner in very nice condition halos the driver and passenger.
Drivetrain
The 283ci Small Block Chevy fed by an Edelbrock intake and carburetor and backed by a 4-speed manual transmission allow you to select exactly how you are going to approach your climb. 4 long tube headers swiftly take the exhaust to the throaty mufflers, and make the birds fly when you are on the trail!
Undercarriage
A little bit of dust, and no rust anywhere to be found. Showroom new exhaust, shiny bed underside, and no runs, no drips, no errors are seen on the engine or transfer case. Power front disc brakes assist you for the steep downward sloping decline. From 1967...now that's impressive boys.
Screaming exterior color, comfortable houndstooth interior bench. A perfect combination to grab the little lady's attention, bring her on board, and go get a little mud on the tires.
