1942 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Standard Description

1942 Chevy Special Deluxe 2 door Sedan Blackout edition; Manufacture either in January or February 1942 before the war and when automobile manufacturing was limited. The blackout series was the blacking out of the chrome grill and headlight trim.
Car is originally from New Mexico, has a clean title, had minor dent on driver side door and quarter panel as well on roof. Only bad area of rust is the passenger side floor board. The interior is all original and the back seat is in great condition whereas the front seat is worn and the head liner has fallen. Has original heat core as shown in the pictures. Have all door panels with chrome trim still intact. The rear fender rock protectors are missing as they had been made of rubber and not chrome as earlier and later models. Has original jack, hub caps and wheels. Brakes are operation as is the transmission. Radiator has been tested and is in good working condition. Engine spins over manually.
Note odo does not seem to be actual as it may have gone around due to old technology.
New parts Hood Hinge Seal, hood & Cowl Seal, Rear bumper seal and ignition switch.
