1973 Chevrolet C-10 Description

73 step side Chevy, all metal body with a fiberglass lightweight hood.

Interior:
2 kirkey 20* laid back seats with 5 point harnesses. All auto meter gauges, red dragon EGT monitoring system. It has a cheetah shifter and main electrical box is in the center console between the seats. 7 switch painless switch box that controls all the wiring in the truck. Aluminum set metal center console that conceals the motor and electrical.

Motor:
565ci (4.600 bore) Merlin block with profiler heads. Triple springs with titanium valves and Jessel rockers. 800 lift comp blower cam. Callie’s dragon fire crank, Callie’s magnum H beam billet steel rods with JE pistons. Little field i take with burst panel and intake ports for fuel injection. 14-71 ssi helix roots blower with a bird catcher injector. Full enderle injection system with a K valve and 16 port injection. Enderle fuel pump, power master alternator and a PEI power steering setup with a crank support. All monster truck related parts. Has a weiand bread box oil pan and a system one reusable oil filter.

Trans:
Turbo 400 that’s built to the motor specs. 5200 coan converter built for the cam. Single fan dual pass derale trans cooler. 18.66 Scs drop case with 3.1 gear and 1710 u joint drive shafts.

Cooling system:
Ron Davis custom radiator with a miezeir water pump. Radiator is located in the bed.

Chassis:
Over 400’ of 2” .120 wall DOM tubing. Fully mig welded chassis that is powder coated gloss black. It has a set of Schroeder sway bars front and rear with custom fully wrapped keyed sway bar arms. The chassis is setup with multiple upper link configurations to set up instant center and anti squat. The links are 2.250x.375 wall DOM with 1.250” heims in every link including steering. The shocks are 20” travel reverse accumulator PEI nitrogen shocks. They have been gone through by Dennis ruegger out of Georgia. He runs allout performance and builds pro mega trucks. The chassis is also equipped with aluminum water proofing for the motor. Some panels bolt in.

Axles:
They are cast iron housing meritors. One front and one centered rear with high pinions. They have 3.07 ring gear and a 2:1 standard rotation planetary which makes a 6.14 final. The axles were preheated to 375* and I burned nickel rod in them. Zero cracks. It has the very first set of custom offset cnc billet hubs from overtime cnc.

Tires:
18.4-26 Titan check marks that are cut and scooped. They are mounted to a dry of 26-2010 lugwheels that are powder coated gloss black.
