1987 Chevrolet Corvette 2 door coupe. This car is in Northern California. You will have to pick it up if you are the winning bidder. Condition is Used. This vehicle is being sold as is with no returns. Local pickup only. The title is a clean Nevada DMV title and the registration expired in January 2019. No ghost buyers please. You must fill out the buyers section on the title and give me identification so I can de-register the car on the Nevada DMV website.
The engine has a blown head gasket and is smoking due to coolant being combusted. You will need to have the head gaskets replaced. It has 187,371 plus miles due to the speedometer gear no longer working thus the odometer does not count up since the gear broke.
The paint job is very faded and in poor condition. It was a backyard paint job. I removed the black molding but still have it. The AC is taken apart and is broken. It has a new water pump, heater core, rear Bilstein shocks, fuel pump and assembly. I have other parts that will come with the car when sold.
The car starts and engine runs. The interior is clean. I tried to restore the car but gave up after the head gasket blew. I am the original owner who bought this car from a Chevy dealer. Looking to sell soon.
