1988 Chevrolet Suburban V8 Description

Chevrolet Suburban R10 4x4 Lifter, Super Clean with Rebuilt Motor
I have owned this truck for 3 years. It has been my daily driver the entire time. I have had ZERO issues with this truck....It runs perfectly and blows ICE COLD AC. I rebuilt the motor because it was going to be my daily driver and I had a mechanic that owed me some money, so I said lets do it. This truck really is fantastic. I have a brown one also for sale that is maybe a little bit 'prettier', but this one is meaner. I am into this truck for about $22,000. I really do not want to sell it, but I have no choice. I am moving and cannot take it with me. Below I am listing everything that I can remember doing as well as the prices. Believe me, you want to buy these trucks with the work already done. I never would have spent all of that money on either one if I knew I ad to sell them so quickly. I just wanted to bring them back to their original beauty and make them dependable. This truck has a really cool wood interior accent package also. I have never seen anything like it, but the guy who sold it to me told me that the truck was a one of one edition for a dealership out in Kandsas so that it could spin in the front window on a podium and get people to come in...I have no idea if this is true, but it has the cool accents, so maybe they had that customer work done for their dealership.
Work Done:-Engine Rebuild $3,500.00-New Radiator $800.00-Lift Kit and new Suspension $2,000.00-Paint and Body Work for restoration purposes $3,000.00-Tires $1,200.00-Johnson Controls Red-Top Battery ($350.00) These batteries are incredible. In my opinion, they're a must-have for any vehicle. You basically look at the truck and it fires right up.-Spacers on axles to push out the wheels a little. These trucks have the wheels sitting in a little and it wasn't until a few years after this model that they started pushing the wheels out. This is a cosmetic thing, but it makes a big difference.-AC Work $400.00-Restretching the carpets and full deep cleaning of entire interior ($1,500.00)-Refinish wood interior trims $300.00I will also give her a full detail before sending her.
Here are a couple of things that need to be done...luckily it is all easy stuff:-there is a missing cap on one of the wheels. These are like $40.00 online..I have replaced these before. I think that I went to Hubcap Haven online.-there is a cracked side mirror. These you can find on amazon for under $10. They install with glue after you pop out the cracked one and there are some videos online of how to do it. It is really simple.-Dash has a little crack on it. This is standard with these vehicles, but it doesn't bother me.-The exhaust pipe was apparently cut off or something, but i left it that way because it looks super cool with it not showing...I never thought about putting it back on, but I researched it and theyre a couple hundred dollars.I hope that you love this truck as much as we have. It is a beast. Everyone loves this truck. Damn you for buying her, but I hope that you love her as much as I do....
Oh yea, There are some air horns under the hood. I was going to take them out, but I will throw them in if you want to keep them. They cost $1,000.00 installed. They're disconnected right now but you just have to bring them to a mechanic or get under the hood and o
