I’m selling my personal 1973 Camaro RS LT. I’m a custom hot rod car builder in Sacramento, CA. I specialize in GM vehicles with an emphasis on the second generation Camaro. This car has been very well cared for and garage kept since day one. When I purchased this car from the original owner it had only 84K miles. I have owned this car for 5 years. Since purchasing the car I have put on an additional 9K miles. I built this car for my personal use with the intention of an every day driver so I’ve had the time to give extra attention to detail. I set up this car as a daily driver so at the moment the suspension is set to be comfortable. If you are looking for a race setup it can be easily adjusted for that application. I have compiled a list below which is comprised of the most notable modifications I have made. Engine:

-LS3 600+ HP

-Professionally tuned by Mark Romans

-LSA head gaskets & GM LS7 Cam & Lifters

-GM wiring harness re-wired by speartech

-Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger w/two inter coolers & Bosch pump

-Edelbrock stainless steel exhaust w/large tube stainless steel headers

-Fresh air intake w/custom installed air straightener

-Griffin aluminum four core cross flow radiator w/shroud and dual 14 inch fans


Fuel Delivery:

-Stainless steel Rick’s Gas tank / in-tank fuel pump

-#8 fuel lines w/AN fittings & inline micro filter

-Adjustable fuel pressure regulator


Transmission:

-Tremic TR6060 6 Speed manual

-GM clutch with Wilwood hydraulic booster

-Modified GM Camaro shift linkage

-Custom made skid plate (Never dent or bend headers again)

Rear Axel:

-Quick Performance Ford 9 inch with 31 spline axels, billet yoke

-Mark williams 3rd member

-Ring & pinion new original factory Ford race pack 3:90 ratio

-“The Driveshaft Shop” aluminum driveline with forward CV joint

-Custom made rear leaf springs w/safety leaf (no need for traction control bars)


Suspension:

-SPC adjustable upper control arms

-QA1 adjustable coil over shocks

-Koni adjustable rear shocks

-Hellwig sway bar

-All Moog steering arms and bushing

-Borgeson Quick ratio 12.7:1 steering box

-Corvette C5 Z06 calipers with GM 13” slotted rotors

-GM master cylinder Russel lines with dual 8” brake booster & Wilwood rear adjustable porportioning valve

I originally stated that the engine is an LS3 to make it simple, however, this is a L99, which is theCamaro automatic version of the LS3, the L99 has a a bit lower compression, variable valve timing and active fuelmanagement. In this engine the variable cam timing and active fuelmanagement have been removed and LS7 lifters and LS7 caminstalledusing LSAA head gaskets to drop thecompression a bit more andimprove better sealing under boost. All of this provides asmooth idle power band and a smoother power band and boost friendly power curve toreally make a very friendlyhigh horse poweredstreet car.
