1969 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Description

Wow is this a slick, tidy, well dialed in car! Includes a folder of restoration receipts. What a piece of eye candy too. Functions and looks fantastic. Great features and colors.
EXTERIOR: This car is gorgeous. It's a factory code 72, LeMans blue. It presents itself like a show car, glossy everywhere. Decked out with SS trim, cowl hood, spoilers, stripes and exterior trim group. The Rally Sport includes relocated reverse lights and of course hidden headlights. The body is really straight and fits real nice. The paint is as slick as they get, it even feels slick. The clear coat is polished like a piece of glass. The stripes are painted on, you can't feel them. It looks like every piece of exterior trim has been replaced- emblems, bumpers, grills, mirrors, wheel well moldings, reverse lights etc. Convertible top is new crisp white that's as tight as a drum, crystal clear rear window. Jambs are painted up real nice. New weather strips, sill plates and window fuzzies. The windows all fit really nice, has a new windshield. New 15 inch Rev wheels with a set of BFG tires.
INTERIOR: Very fresh, detailed restoration on the interior. All new bright crisp white upholstery, door panels and armrests. Even new cushions in the seats so they feel firm and fit tight. New window cranks, handles, visors and mirror. New carpet and embroidered floor mats. New console with factory gauge cluster. Dash area is restored- instrument bezel, heater controls, dash pad, lenses are all excellent. Has factory tachometer. New wheel on a tilt column. The RS has woodgrain trim. New glovebox liner and correct lighter. Original seatbelts are excellent. Has modern stereo with aux plug and speakers in back that are removable.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Show quality. Strong running 350 motor with Edelbrock aluminum heads. Also has aluminum intake, Edelbrock carb with electric choke, HEI ignition and a set of headers. The cowl induction system is complete and functional including the flapper door in the hood. The motor is really dressed up- nice has finned aluminum valve covers, plug wire holders and timing cover. Chrome duel pump. Everything is painted neatly and smooth. The hood is glossy with new hood insulation pad. Aluminum radiator and water pump. Hoses, fan and shroud look new. Features power steering and power brakes.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Detailed. Has a very good durable spatter finish paint. New rubber mat, well liner, weatherstrip and decal. Jamb and bottom of the trunk lid is slick. Has the shaker cans in the corners (convertibles have these as counter weights).
UNDERSIDE: Front end was gone through. New upper control arms and balljoints. 4 new shocks. Has new chambered exhaust system, sounds great. New fuel tank, straps, insulators and sending unit. Bottom of the motor is spotless, has high torque starter. Has chrome flywheel cover. Turbo 350 automatic trans. Floors are solid.
This is a car that is dialed in and detailed. If you want turnkey, ready for show and go, this is it. Fantastic features and functionality. Very desirable car!
