Vehicle:
Purchased off a local older gentleman who owned it for the last 17 years plus. The owner, who now runs a local reputable vehicle repair, shop stated that he had done the engine and trans swap and ran it for many years. He retired vehicle 3 years back where I happened to see it and purchased it. It looks like it a flatbed swap as well to haul hay at one point. No cuts to the rails in the bed area, that I can see, so putting a bed back on her would be a few plasma cuts and some grinding away from done. Hood seems to be the original and shows a dark green which is possibly the OEM color. Headlight buckets and brows both look really good and I have driver side chrome 3600 badge and both headlight rings. The frame looks to be in good shape as can be seen in the photos. Driver lower fender near driver door and base of doors are not perfect and are showing some rust. Someone had hit front window so it is cracked but all other glass is present and not cracked. Roof is very good, no visible drill holes for lights or antenna. Cab has a 2 inch dent passenger right mid on radius. As a whole I was very happy with condition of rails and cab for its age and location with our environment. Interior is stripped of seats and carpet but looks to have 90 percent complete dash and is not all cut up. Gas tank is present.
Vehicle has a CLEAR, CLEAN and LEGAL Title in my name for the state of Washington but is not registered (no licence plates).
Engine / Transmission
Engine, as stated, was swapped to a Buick 455 big block and a Turbo 400. Casting, stampings and tag numbers will be in photos. Engine was able to be spun freely, by hand, immediately upon my purchase. Coolant was checked and good, oil was good and transmission fluid was also new and full. Looks to have proper fitting but not original carb (Carter I believe) and AC pump were removed. Battery has also been removed.
Other: Slow leak driver front tire - no rear bumper - brakes are an unknown but it was able to be towed and moved so they were not locked up when I transported it.
Any other questions? You can message me here. I am happy to reply or take as many photos as needed to satisfy your requests.
