Incredible 1966 True 138 SS 396 Chevelle with a 4 Speed Transmission, Bucket Seats and Console
One of my closest friends is the owner of this fine car, he has many cars and is wanting to sell his collection and this is his first offering. He and I built this car from ground up and he has asked me to sell it for him. I have driven the car many times and there was nothing that we did not either rebuilt or replaced to the factory specifications.
The car has been put back together totally stock with the exception of the engine and its components. There is so much to tell you about this car and I have attempted to listed all below. It is one of the finest 66 Chevelle's I have ever built and you will have a hard time finding one better.
This cool 1966 SS 396 Chevelle is a true 138 car that was built at the Flint Michigan GM factory on the 4th week of May 1966. Its originally color was N-N (Madeira Maroon) with (761-A) black interior. We painted the car with a beautiful Maroon metallic 2 part paint system with 2 coats of base and 6 coats of clear PPG paints and clear coat. Interior was refurbished with a beautiful flawless original type deluxe black interior, including new seat springs, headliner, door panels, carpet dash pad, seat foam and all interior trims.
