I have the Carfax for this truck. It shows no total loss, no structural damage, no accidents. In 2005 a non-actual mileage title was issued in Iowa. In Iowa, cars over 10 years old must have a signed odometer statement from the previous owner to keep "actual" on the title. Sometimes people simply don't care about the importance of keeping this correct on the title and it gets exempted. Also in Iowa and maybe other states, if the odometer is over mechanical limits, as reported by the seller at that time, this will be noted as "exceeds mechanical limits". This was not the case with this truck. The Carfax shows subsequent service records from 2005 to 2009 of mileage going from 28,731 to 31,863. I believe, and these service records show, along with the condition of the seat, carpet, steering wheel, brake pedal wear and overall wear on the truck...that 39k miles is actual. Carfax available if you provide your email.
