Description	You are looking at an absolutely gorgeous 1993 C4 Corvette. Finished in absolutely amazing Polo Green over tan interior this car is all original. The plaint is all original and so is the interior. Fully serviced including all fluid flushes, new rotors and pads front and back, new tires, and more.
INTERIOR	The interior is in absolutely beautiful condition. It is all original and has never been refinished in any way shape or form. The driver's seat has a small wear spot on the bottom bolster from getting in and out. The door panels are starting to separate from the door on the top potion but it is a very common problem with C4 Corvettes.
EXTERIOR	The exterior is in gorgeous condition as well. The paint is shiny and in beautiful shape. The paint is all original with no signs of any re-spray or paint work. There is absolutely no accident damage. This car was garaged its entire life and it really shows..
MODIFICATIONS	This car is all stock. It has never been modified in any shape or form.
TIRES	All four tires are in practically brand new condition.

We have described the vehicle condition to the best of our knowledge; call or email us if you have any questions, we would be more than happy to help you right away. We test drive each car and describe it as accurately as humanely possible. Please keep in mind that we are not selling dish washers, we sell cars which are complex machines that have a lot of moving and stationary parts. It is practically impossible to go over every little ding, scratch and functionality of every single option. If you are a perfectionist we encourage you to inspect the vehicle in person or consider purchasing a brand new car. Please remember that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle. All pre-owned vehicles may have chips, little dings and dents, scratches, scrapes, or imperfections due to normal everyday wear and use by the previous owner. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY ASSUMPTIONS. LEGAL ACTION:
By purchasing/bidding on this vehicle the buyer/bidder agrees that any legal action associated with this sale from either the buyer or the seller is to take place in the State ofFlorida in Broward County Courthouse. Buyer/Bidder also agrees to be responsible for all legal costs of the Seller including, but not limited to, court costs, expenses, attorney fees, cost of process service, and all other costs associated with the normal course of litigation.

INSPECTIONS:
All inspections must be done prior to the bidding. We encourage you to come and take a look at the car before you bid.
DEPOSIT:
A $500 NON REFUNDABLE deposit by Paypal is required immediately after the auction has ended. You must use your paypal balance or debit/credit card to send the deposit, absolutely no E-checks. The deposit will hold the vehicle for a total of 5 business days.
REMAINING BALANCE:
Remaining balance must be sent within 5 Business days of the auction end.
If full payment is not made within 5 Business days then we reserve the right to resell the vehicle. The vehicle must be picked up after 10 Calendar days from the auction end date otherwise a $30 per day extra parking and storage fee will apply.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS (VERY IMPORTANT):
Paypal is accepted for deposits only! The remainder of the balance must be paid using a wire transfer, or cash. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS!!!
If Picking up in Person:
CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY, CASH ONLY!!!
Due to increased scamming activities if you are picking up the car in person
we will only accept cash. "Certified" cashers checks can bounce, can be canceled and can be faked. When you pick up the car in person you will get the title right then and there after you pay. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER!
If Shipping the car:
If you are shipping the car the wire transfer must clear first (usually 24 to 48 hours) then we will overnight the title and other paperwork via FedEx Express.
Important NOTE for those who are shipping the car:
Please understand that you will need to pay for the vehicle and your payment has to clear BEFORE you receive the title and the car. If you have a problem with that then I suggest you find a car locally.
LOANS:
Please have all your loans PRE-APPROVED before you bid. WE DO NOT accept any loan checks or drafts.
FEES:
There are no hidden fees or surprises. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY DEALER FEES. All we charge is what DMV charges us to do the transfer and sales tax. Everything that is described below is what you pay!
Florida Residents
We DON'T charge dealer fees. We charge sales tax (we have to), title transfer fees (we have to), and registration (we have to). Percentage of the sales tax depends on the county that you reside in. If you need a new license plate that is an extra charge from the DMV.
Out of State Residents
We DON'T charge dealer fees. If you are coming to pick up the car in person and want to drive it home then you must pay 7% FL sales tax. Florida LAW states that if you take PHYSICAL possession of the vehicle in the state of Florida then you must pay sales tax. This is the Law, it is not negotiable!!! If you are shipping the car through a licensed shipper then there is no sales tax.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
Buyer is responsible for all the shipping charges and arrangements for the carrier to pick up the vehicle. I will be more than happy to assist with any shipping needs.
AIRPORT PICK-UP:
We offer free airport pickup from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) during normal business hours which are Monday through Saturday from 8AM to 5PM Eastern Time. We provide pickup for ONE person ONLY! If you plan to bring your entire family then please take a cab/uber/lyft, etc. Prior arrangements must be made if you are flying in on a Sunday. If you fly to Miami or Palm Beach then you must find an alternate way to get to the dealership.

SELLER RIGHTS:
We reserve the right to notify bidders and cancel this auction. We shall not be held liable for any such cancellation and/or closure. We reserve the right to cancel bids from those with excessive negative feedback. We also reserve the right to screen and block bidders in order to avoid non payers.
NON-PAYING BIDDERS:
All Non-Paying bidders WILL be held liable for a $200 re-listing fee. It costs us time, money, storage and a lot of effort to list cars on Ebay. Please have decency and don't bid if you do not intend to complete the transaction.
