1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo BIG BLOCK 402 BUCKETS CONSOLE Description

Real nice 1st generation 1971 Chevrolet Monte Carlo now available on the open market, Factory Original LS3 396/402 ci 6.6 Liter, factory hydrolic lifters, nodular iron crankshaft, 2 bolt main with 300HP and dialed in perfectly. This Monte Carlo is factory equipped with Front Power disc brakes and power steering, Backed up by a TH400 automatic transmission. Factory 12 bolt rear end as well. This car is equipped from the factory with air conditioning and functions as well. The radiator functions great with no overheating issues. No odd noises, goes down the road straight as can be. I have the Factory original buildsheet document that shows all the options this car was built with. The Body on the car is all original sheetmetal with original GM stampings in them from day 1 except for half of the drivers side 1/4 panel was replaced and they did a great installation. Solid frame with no signs of any accidents or welds, Factory floors and trunk metal as well. Car has dual exhaust system and sounds amazing(see video) American racing Vintage torque thrust wheels with a good set of BF Goodrich radial TA tires all around. The chrome front and rear bumpers shine really good and are original to the car. All the trim and bezels are in good condition too. The Monte is a factory color (78) code and that means it was a Rosewood Poly color and that is original to what it appears to be now. The black vinyl top Is In Great condition with no signs of rust or bubbling underneath. The interior on the car is factory color code 716 in which is Sandalwood Rapallo Cloth. The bucket seats look real nice in no rips or tears anywhere. Factory Monte Carlo center console with correct staple shifter. The dash pad and cluster are in great shape and appear to be original. All the door panels are factory Monte carlo as well in great condition along with the original carpet. Clock is not working and they usually do not, BUT we can order a replacement and install for additional cost or you can have fun doing it in your own garage, or have this original one rebuilt. The factory original radio works good as well. All the glass in the car is in real good condition as well. The steering wheel is original and looks great for its age. We believe this is a 3/4 car owner, We do have a copy of the original protectoplate from back dated in 1971 -This is one of the most reliable classics in my opinion. MONTE CARLO=The car was named for the city Monte Carlo in the Principality of Monaco, specifically the ward of Monte Carlo/Spélugues I have a free and clear Georgia title on the car. I also just ordered a NEW set of 15 Cragar chrome wheels and set of NEW BF Goodrich radial TA 255R/235F tires, If you decide you like these them better on the Monte Carlo it will be additional cost of $2000.
