1988 Chevrolet Suburban Description

Here is a 1988 Chevrolet Suburban R10 with 127,900 miles on it. The suburban runs great. Interior is in pretty good shape. The only flaw to the interior I have noticed is that there's a 4" rip on the drivers side seat that can easily be stitched up seamlessly. The rest of the interior is in pretty good shape. Headliner is tight to the ceiling. Carpeting does not have any rips or worn areas. It was owned by an elderly gentleman. I put brand new brakes and new tires on it. My situation has changed. (New girlfriend/ new family) So, here is the Suburban up for sale.
The good:
Runs awesome! Starts up first try every time. Dependable.
127,900 miles
Brand new spark plugs, wires, distributor cap
Brand new gas filter, air filter
Brand new tires all around
Brand new front discs, rear drum, pads, calipers, cylinders, brand new brake hose, brand new booster, and brand new brake pressure diverter. Basically the entire brake system has been replaced.
I have a brand new serpentine belt that I will include, as well as oil and filter for an oil change.
Runs awesome!!
Power windows, power rear window, interior is in really nice shape. This Suburban was taken care of and well loved. The side and rear windows have factory tint that's inside of the glass. Not a tint film.. This is real tint inside the glass.
Included is the 3rd row seat (not pictured) that is in really good shape. Suburban seats 10 people very comfortably. It can seat 12 if everyone is squeezed. This thing is huge! The 3rd seat can be removed for more cargo space.
In the pictures, you will see grandpa style running boards. They were recently removed. I still have them and the hardware that goes with them. I will throw them in the back and include them with the sale. (Along with extra serpentine belt, A/C belt, 5 oil packages, and an oil filter.)
The bad:
Paint is peeling in some places.
The A/C needs to be recharged.
Has usual tear and wear that comes with older vehicles. But this one was well taken care of!
