Description
This truck, along with 23 others, was commissioned by the State of New York to serve each exit along the New York State (NYS) Thruway as part of its fire and accident safety plan.
Its two-ton chassis was outfitted and equipped by Young's Fire Equipment of Buffalo, N.Y.
I have the original manifest and supporting documentation.
It is a great driver and a piece of NYS transportation history. I don't know how many of these still exist.
Note:
Buyer must make own arrangements to have truck transported from its current home in Lynchburg, Va. However, I would be willing to deliver within a 100-mile radius for additional fee.
Thanks for looking.
