1991 Chevrolet Corvette Description

Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions at the bottom of each listing, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1991 Chevrolet Corvette with just 119k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this 'vette to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. If you look closely, you can tell it's been repainted at some point in its life...but it's passable and is driver quality. As you can see, the finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. The most noticeable of which is the spot on the LR corner where the paint has been chipped and the previous owner looks to have put some primer there, for reasons I cannot fathom. Aside from that, please expect a few imperfections associated with a vehicle that has had an older repaint. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors, and rear hatch all open and close easily. All of the trim and cladding is present and shows well. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Corvette to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean. The carpets are clean and full looking, throughout the interior. The seats look to have been re-upholstered at some point and show virtually no wear. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work properly. The stereo is original and sounds good, through the factory speakers. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heater works properly but the air conditioner will need charged or serviced as it does not blow cold air anymore. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully to see how clean this old Corvette came in. Mechanically, this Corvette appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 350ci LT1 V8 starts easily and runs smoothly. Her road manners are good, for an older vehicle. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. The big V8 makes plenty of power and is more than enough engine for this car. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with zero issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. If you're looking for a nice driver quality C4 Corvette, this '91 deserves a close look.
