Here is a rare opportunity for someone to purchase a really nice and very original factory 4 speed # numbers matching '67 Camaro offered for sale to the highest bidder in this NO RESERVE auction. Yes, I am going to let this go to the highest bidder! I am confident that you will be nothing short of impressed with this car the more you look at it. I have taken over 100 detailed photographs for you to study and see how nice of a car this one truly is! You don't want to miss out on this amazing Camaro!
I remember the first time I saw this car back when I was a teenager and have admired it ever since. This Camaro caught my attention in Albany, OR over 30 years ago. I hadn't seen the car for a long time and later found out that the car was sold to the neighbor, Michael, who lived around the block. Michael has owned it for the last 20 plus years. After purchasing the car in 1999, Michael began restoring the car. He had the Camaro professionally repainted in its original color, did a complete interior restoration, and the drivetrain was left alone due to its low mileage. Here is an interesting and kind of funny story for you. The tires he had on the car when I bought it had been on the car since the 90's and still looked new. That just shows how little he drove it and is obviously why I put brand new tires on the Camaro. Michael just kept it in the garage with a car cover on it for all of these years! When it was brought to my attention that the car was still in the area and that Michael might be willing to let it go, I didn't hesitate and arranged to inspect the car. I was impressed at how well kept this very original Camaro was and truly amazed to find no rust anywhere on it! I could not pass up the opportunity to own one of my dream cars and a deal was made.

Oregon classics remain some of the most sought after cars because of our mild climate and the fact that we do not use salt on the roads. The early Camaros like many other cars were susceptible to rust. Many of the restored cars that are on the market have had rust repairs or panel replacements to address these kinds of issues. (or just covered and not properly repaired) A car is only original once, and that makes a well kept "survivor" type car that much harder to come by. This car is 100 percent rust free!! To the best of my knowledge, it still wears all of its original sheet metal and no panels have been repaired to get it there. This car has been well taken care of, it is nice and always has been! Check out the photographs below that show the floor pans, trunk, inner quarter panels, and rocker panel areas all still wearing factory original oxide primer! AMAZING!!
The outside of this car is gorgeous with a great stance! The rally wheels are wrapped in BRAND NEW BFG tires and look fantastic. The body and paint on this car is simply stunning. It was repainted the original Butternut yellow approximately 18-20 years ago and I was told there was no rust repairs or major body work necessary at the time. It just was old original paint and he wanted it to look like new. The body lines on each panel line up extremely nice and consistent. The body is laser straight and looks amazing. All of the inner jams on the deck lid, door jams, under the hood are extremely clean. The inside of the trunk is amazing and rust free! (see pics) The VIN tag and data plate are legible and intact. The roof gutters are perfect. The bright trim work is in excellent condition throughout. All of the glass is nice and free from any major cracks or chips. Even a well trained eye really would struggle to find anything on the body or paint to pick apart. The car is gorgeous! I can not find a scratch, chip, or notable defect to point out and disclose in this paint! It is THAT NICE!!
The interior of this Camaro is gorgeous! The dash pad is excellent and shows as new. The headliner is perfect, no sags or rips anywhere! The upholstery is all in excellent condition and the seats are not worn down from use. The carpet shows as new and does not have any fading, wear, or stains of any kind. The interior does not show wear at all. It has been meticulously kept in very pristine condition. The original steering wheel does have a few cracks on the perimeter which is to be expected. (I don't think I've ever seen an original that didn't have a little) The original console is extremely nice and in excellent shape. The gauge cluster and HVAC controls all work properly and show very well. It does have an aftermarket AM/FM cassette player installed, but no holes were cut in the original dash so that could go back to something original if you like. The door panels are stunning and show as new. The door seal/gaskets have been replaced with new and are a nice tight seal. All of the windows go up and down as they should. The heat works well and fan works in all positions. The headlights, tail lights, turn signals, fog lights, windshield wipers, etc. all work properly. This is a gorgeous car that does not need anything sorted out and is ready for you to enjoy today!!
This car is an original 327 V8 4 speed car from the factory. I was told and believe that both the motor and transmission are original to this car and have no reason to suspect otherwise. The casting number (3892657) on the block confirm it is a 1967 327 engine. I took pictures of the transmission numbers. (see pics below) The casting number 3885010 confirms it is a 1967 Muncie 4 speed. I believe it to be numbers matching but please do your own research and due diligence.

The motor has never been rebuilt. However, it starts up, runs smooth and doesn't smoke. Both previous owners confirmed the 82K miles as original, however no documentation to verify. The engine has nice power delivery and does not hesitate etc. Again, the drivetrain has not been rebuilt, and there is some throwout bearing noise and clutch chatter. The 4 speed transmission shifts through all of the gears smooth, no rakes, slop, or hard shifts. The car drives down the road extremely nice. I have to remind myself that this car is 50+years old at times! No wind whistle, drives straight and true with a great feel for the road. The brakes work well. The car is very tight and is a real nice driving car. It is an absolute joy to drive. This Camaro gets a lot of attention and compliments anywhere you go.

I have done my best to describe this fantastic '67 Camaro both in text and in over 100 detailed photographs. However, the car is over 50 years old and like all classics is sold as is. Feel free to personally inspect the car or have it professionally inspected before you bid. I think you should have a really good feel for everything this car is. Please study the pictures, read the complete listing multiple times, and if you have questions or concerns, please ask before you bid. This is a NO RESERVE auction and it will be sold to the highest bidder. The title is not in my name but has been properly signed off and I will include a bill of sale to the new owner. $1000 paypal deposit is due within 24 hours after the auction ends. The remaining balance is to be paid within 72 hours of the auction end, prefer bank wire transfer. After I have been paid in full, I will send the properly released title and bill of sale to the new owner. I will do what I can on my end to accommodate your shipper to ensure a smooth transaction. If you need help getting a shipping quote, I have the contact information for a company I have used in the past with great results. Someone is going to be extremely pleased to own this fantastic '67 Camaro!
