1973 Chevrolet Nova Description

HI I AM SELLING MY 1973 CHEVY NOVA. THIS CAR IS REALLY, REALLY NICE. IT RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 350 ENGINE. THE FIFTH DIGIT IN THE VIN (H ) ALSO INDICATES IT WAS BORN WITH A 350 V8 2 BARREL CARB ENGINE. THE INTAKE WAS UPGRADED TO A EDELBROCK MID RANGE AND THE CARB WAS UPGRADED TO A HOLLY 750. IT ALSO HAS WHAT I BELIVE; TO BE ITS ORIGINAL TURBO 350 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. I HAVE RUN THIS CAR QUITE A BIT IN THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS AND I GET THE THUMBS UP EVERYTIME. THIS CAR WAS BORN AS A REAL SS WITH A V8 ENGINE AND BUCKETS. THE DATA PLATE IS IN TACK AND IT INDICATES IT WAS BORN WITH INTERIOR CODE 754; BLACK PREFORATED BUCKET SEATS. I HAVE VIDEOS OF THE CAR RUNNING AND AM HAPPY TO FORWARD THEM TO YOU UPON REQUEST, BUT PLEASE BE SERIOUS. THE CAR SOUNDS INCREDABLE. I HAVE DRIVEN IT DOWN THE HIGHWAY MANY TIMES AND IT STEERS STRAIGHT AND CRUISES AT A COMFORTABLE 65MPH. THERE IS NO LEAKING AND NO SMOKE AND NO WEIRD ENGINE NOISES. THERE IS NO OVERHEATING ISSUES AS I HAVE REPLACED THE RADIATOR WITH A 3 INCH ALUMINUM RADIATOR. THE GAS TANK HAS BEEN REPLACED ALONG WITH ALL OF THE LINES AND FILTER. THE BRAKES ARE STRONG AND STOP THE CAR WITH EASE. I HAVE REPLACED THE FRONT PADS, REAR SHOES, ALL THE BRAKE LINES, ALL THE HARDWARE AND THE BRAKE BOOSTER. THE EXHAUST HAS BEEN REPLACED FROM FRONT TO BACK AND ITS NOW ITS ALL STAINLESS. I DONT KNOW IF THE TRANSMISSIOIN WAS EVER REBUILT BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD EVEN A SLIGHT ISSUE WITH IT.
THE EXTERIOR WAS REDONE 6 MONTHS AGO. THE REPAINT WAS DONE IN ITS ORIGINAL PAINT CODE (11 ) ANTIQUE WHITE. THERE IS NOT A DROP OF BONDO ON THIS CAR. THE CAR WAS DIMANTLED BEFORE IT WAS REPAINTED. THERE IS OF COURSE NOT A DROP OF OVER SPRAY ON THE CAR EITHER. ALL OF THE RUBBER INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITTED TO, THE FRONT WINDSHIELD, REAR WINDOW AND ALL THE SIDE WINDOW RUBBERS. ALL THE GLASS IS NEAR PERFECT AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY SCRATCHES OR CHIPS. THE WINDOWS GO UP AND DOWN FREELY AS WELL. THE PAINT IS OBVIOUSLY EXCELLENT AND IS 2 STAGE. THERE IS ALOT OF CLEAR, SO IT HAS ALOT OF DEPTH. I HAVE WALK AROUND VIDEOS OF THE CAR SO YOU CAN ALSO SEE. THERE IS NOT A DROP OF RUST; NOT ANYWHERE. THERE ARE NO BUBBLES ANYWHERE. ALL THE BADGES WERE ALSO REPLACED AS WELL AS THE DOOR HANDELS. THE FRONT BUMPER FILLER IS NOT ON THE CAR, BUT I ORDERED IT FROM CLASSIC INDUSTRYS AND I WILL PAINT AND INSTALL AS SOON AS I RECIEVE IT. I HAVE THE INVOICE TO PROVE IT. ALL OF THE PANELS LINE UP PERFECT AND ARE RAZOR STRAIGHT. THERE ARE NO RIPPLES. AIR SHOCKS HAVE BEEN ADDED IN THE BACK TO ACCOMODATE A LARGER WHEEL AND TIRE BUT I PREFER A 14INCH WHEEL.
I HAVE REPLACED MOST OF THE INTERIOR. THE INTERIOR SHOWS EXCELLENT. THE CARPET WAS JUST REPLACED. A COUPLE MONTHS AGO I REUPHOLSTERED THE FRONT SEATS AND THEY LOOK EXCELLENT. THE REAR SEAT DID NOT SHOW ANY WEAR AND STILL DOES NOT. THE DASH IS NEAR PERFECT AS IT HAS A VERY SMALL SPLIT IN THE MIDDLE AS MOST AND I HAVE NOT REPLACED IT. I JUST REPLACED THE HEADLINER AND IT OF COURSE LOOKS NEW. I ALSO REPLACED THE SUN VISORS. AT THE SAME TIME I REPLACED THE DOOR PANELS ALONG WITH THE RUBBER AND FELT. THE KICK PANELS ARE ORIGINAL AND DO NOT SHOW ANY WEAR. I ALSO REPLACED THE DOOR SILLS AT THAT TIME. ALL THE GAGES WORK INCLUDING THE GAS GAGE. THE RPM GAGE ON TOP OF THE DASH WORKS AS WELL. THE GAGE CLUSTER ABOVE THE CONSOLE SHOWS VOLTS, OIL PRESSURE AND TEMP. THEY ALL WORK AND ARE ALL ACCURATE. THE CAR DOES NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL RADIO IT HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A AMFM CD PLAYER AND IT WORKS GREAT. ALL OF THE LIGHTS WORK INCLUDING THE DASH LITES.
I HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES OF THE UNDERSIDE, ROCKERS,FLOORS AND TRUNK TO SHOW YOU HOW WELL THIS CAR HAS BEEN RESTORED. THE FRAME RAILS AND CONECTORS WERE SAND BLASTED AND POWDER COATED AS WELL. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE DONE TO THIS EXTENT IN THIS PRICE RANGE. AGAIN THIS CAR IS 100 PERCENT RUST FREE.
