You can find a few C2’s for sale but few present the level of clarity this two-top car demonstrates. Even fewer have the same option package and actually offers the reliability of “drive it anywhere” if you want to or just preserve the craftsmanship in a museum or private collection. I have a space issue due to moving and have to let it go… so now with motivation to sell, have priced it aggressively and accordingly.
The car is a pleasure to drive and running through the gears with the sound of the exhaust can only freeze smiles on faces. What else can I say, It all works including but not limited to head lights and doors, dash cluster, courtesy and signal / brake lights, speedometer, tachometer, horn, clock, wipers, gauges and heater / defroster. This is the Real Deal! If you are buying to have judged, based on my inspection and research, it could be a Top-Flight or Bloomington Gold car for very little effort and expense. Is this car perfect…no and none of them are! The only negative I can think of though (If you see it that way) is the fact that it has had about 1,100 miles put on the car since its restoration completed in 2013. That is really it… I also believe one of the back-up lights intermittingly works (I will look in to this). You would be extremely proud to roll up with this machine at any event regardless of competition level and fit in with confidence. I am selling this car only due to moving and will lose all garage space until I get my new one constructed…My cars are just a hobby and has simply allowed me to experience and enjoy many different ones over the years…no other reason for selling!
I reserve the right to end this auction early due to having it for sale locally... I am pricing this car to sell and don’t think this car will last long so do not hesitate to bid and please do so with absolute confidence! Please have finances in order prior to bidding as well. Purely as a hobby, I have been blessed to sell cars to buyers all over the country and internationally and take tremendous efforts in keeping a 100% feedback…that said, I have tried to be honest and accurate in all descriptions. I encourage however all to inspect this car if possible prior to bidding so that you can confirm my notes above or contact me with any questions at mdescamp@comcast.net or (865) 384-6017.
Note: I have a clear Tennessee Title in my name.
If you are the winning bidder, please expect to send a $2,500 deposit within 72 hours and have plans to pick the car up within 7 days. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer but I can assist with local direct carriers with both enclosed and open hauling available. If you have less than a positive 2 feedback, please contact me before bidding.
Thanks for taking the time to look at my car and GOOD LUCK!
