Up for sale is this Van Nuys built Z28 comes with the original build sheet, matching numbers DZ 302 engine and M-21 4-speed transmission, and a binder full of owner history going all the way back to the original owner. This car sets it apart from others because its fully documented and the attention to detail down to the correct year seat belts, makes this car a great investment piece. It’s been in a private collection and is now for sale. A great opportunity for someone to acquire this true Z28.
This car will take you back in time to 1969! The car is outstanding both mechanically and cosmetically and finished to show quality. The motor has the original matching number and date coded engine block, and the proper heads that are also date coded to the car and the factory smog system. The transmission is the original matching number M-21 4-speed. The rear is the original BV coded 4.10 Posi rear. The car drives with amazing power, and the transmissions shifts like new through the correct Hurst shifter. The color is the original 71-71 Lemans Blue. The interior is mostly original, including the original seat covers and door panels, all in excellent condition. Gauges, backup lights, AM/FM radio, clock, horn, wipers all work correctly. The body is straight, gaps are excellent and all the floors and quarters are terrific. Rear spoiler has been added. Doors open and close like new.
