1981 Chevrolet G20 Van Description

1981 Chevy G20Starcraft conversion van, auto, 305 V8, 4BL carb. The van has: New tires <500 miles, wheels/beauty rings, electronic ignition distributor, engine tuning, plugs, speedometer cable and headlights.
What has been done to it in the last year/
Broken side and tail lights were replaced with OEM parts.
The original front and rear freon based air-conditioning units were replaced with all new R34 components including compressor, evaporator etc.
All new belts, hoses, fluids and new radiator.
The original overhead stereo system does not work but was left in the vehicle because it just looks cool. Instead, a new Panasonic radio/CD player and speakers front and back were installed.
The interior floor, walls and seats were professionally recovered. The original captains chairs were retained and new second and third row seats from a Ford van were recovered and professionally recovered and installed .
New driver's side window motor/regulator were installed.
Brakes, shocks, springs, ball joints all inspected and found to be good. A new muffler system was installed. All mechanical work was completed by local ASE certified mechanics.
There is no broken glass although the windshield has some wiper marks in it. All glass is OEM parts.
The electric locks work. The cruise control does NOT work and will probably need to be replaced with an after market unit if available. The wipers and washer units work.
The vehicle is being sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY and no refunds. The van has at least 235,000 miles on the odometer but I cannot verify mileage because of the broken cable. NO accidents, NO structural damage.CARFAX report IS available and can be emailed to you prior to purchase.
Some minor bumps, bruises, scrapes, paint chips etc as to be expected on a 40 YO vehicle.
$500 deposit due within 48 hours after sale by cash or Paypal and final balance payment due within 72 hours after sale made by cash at my bank during banking hours or a verified cashier's check at my bank. The deposit is non-refundable IF full payment is not made within 72 hours of sale.
A SC Bill of Sale will be provided. The title can be inspected in person. The vehicle must be removed within seven days after final payment is made or a $50/day storage fee will be charged. Seller will not be responsible for the vehicle after full payment is made.
