1970 Chevrolet C-10 Description

FOR SALE BY OWNERChevrolet C-10
This truck has had the body trim removed and body work done to compliment. It has an entirely new front suspension, rear spring and shocks, brake calipers (front) and brakes. New windshield and rear window. New blower motor and battery. It comes with many misc extras including chrome trim. Tires are in really good shape. It is a 5 lug bolt wheel.
The truck comes with all trim accessories, seals, and a box of misc parts including the old brake calipers and some extras including new carb seals..
The problems with the vehicle are not very complicated. There is a vacuumleak at the carburetor gasket which causes the vehicle to stall out at idle. It needs a paint job obviously. I did the body work and primed it just to prevent rust when I took the exterior trim off. The brakes need bled. The driver side vent window needs a new seal which is why I left the retainer clips on the interior handles off. That door panel (held on by 6 screws, 2 in the armrest have to be removed to access the bolt and spring at to loosen the vent window in order to put the seal on. The glove box needs put back on and the vent cables just need reattached to the vent controls. Bumper bolts need tightened, and small odds and ends need put on. Meaningengine seals, side mirrors (passenger one has cracked glass so I took it off but its in a box in the truck along with passenger side door handles). The tailgate latch is new but in unhooked so 3 screws need to be loosened to take that off. It needs new bulbs for the brake light, but has new headlights, new blower motor, new calipers, new front suspension, new rear shock and coil springs, etc. It is the original engine and tranny as well as dash cover interior seat, door panels, etc. There is no rust other than some surface rust on the bed. it doesn't have astereo so the antenna (also in vehicle needs put back on and attached to a stereo if you choose. Other than that there is nothing that I know of. Like I said its a cheap an easyrestoration for truck guy. I planned on painting flat green with a white army star graphic on the side and adding some yellow rally rims which is why itsprimed that way. I saw one like that in hotrod and it was bad ass. Unfortunately I never got there and am not going to. So I am getting rid of this vehicle at a great price even though that is excruciatingly painful, but it is what it is. You get an awesome engine and a badass looking truck regardless of the fact its no a stepside.
